What are RealtyTags and who would I be purchasing from? RealtyTags are an inexpensive marketing tool adapted specifically for real estate professionals. They are marketed through a network of marketing partners and are sold exclusively through MediaWorks For Real Estate in Glens Falls, NY. MediaWorks For Real Estate has been working with agents since 1997, and on line since 1998, with positioning statements, lead generating systems and real estate niche-dominating programs.

Why are RealtyTags considered unique? Because of our exclusive Red House , an option, we can put at the beginning of each sign, identifying the address or message as being related to local real estate. No one else can offer that same option. It's made of the exact same injection molded material as the rest of the sign, will last just as long and adds class and eye catching color to the signs.  And the best part ... the Red House is FREE. Now, you can also choose the classy and classic Realtor (R) logo option for your signs for only an additional $9.00 dollars per sign.

What are they made of? RealtyTags are made of the same materials the big auto makers use... injection molded plastic, which is chrome foil plated and triple coated with lacquer to stand up to all of the weather elements and years of car washings.

How long will they last? With normal care, each tag may last longer than the vehicle it's mounted to.

How do they attach? With peel and stick neoprene automotive-type adhesive tape, or if you wish, for indoor use only, we will affix a magnetic strip at no extra charge.  However, we cannot guarantee how well the magnetic strip will adhere in your application.  From personal experience, magnetic backings won't survive an automatic car wash. The magnetic strips work best on the signs that are used indoors - ie, on filing cabinets, metal doors, your spouse's desk at their office, on the kitchen table during listing presentations, on the foyer table during open houses, etc.

Where is the best place to attach them? The best place depends on the length of your sign and the design and style of your vehicle. One place not to put them on any vehicle would be on the windows, even though they are higher up and more people might see your sign. Don't put your tag on the windows because car manufacturers use some sort of chemical within the glass that helps the rain disperse faster, and the tags won't stick well after the first rain or car wash. Attach the peel and stick signs on any flat surface on the back of your vehicle that is clean and has never had any rust or cracks. When attaching the signs, do try to keep them flat and do not flex them in your hands.

Why won't you guarantee magnetic backings for use on my vehicle? Because most vehicles today just don't have very much steel in them and the fairly small height of the backer bar would mean a very small magnet that really has very little surface area to adhere to anything firmly and safely.

I like to trade my vehicle every 3 to 4 years, how will I get my RealtyTag with the adhesive backing off my car so I don't damage the car but can use my tag on my next vehicle? If your car's paint is in good condition to begin with, the adhesive will not cause damage.  Every car dealership has a body shop where they can use a heat gun to remove your sign for you. Or, if you're the do-it-yourself type, your tags may be removed with the aid of a hair dryer to soften the adhesive.  Soften a section at a time and gently pry up as each section becomes soft.  If carefully removed, your RealtyTag may be used again by applying a new adhesive double sided tape backing available at most auto supply stores.

What is the size of the tags?
Lower case letters such as a,c,e,n,i are 1" high
Lower case letters such as l,b,t,d,f are 1.25" high
All upper case letters and numbers are 1.25" high
Letter widths vary.
The maximum length of a RealtyTags is 18".

Delivery? RealtyTags delivery is free through out the world with a minimum order of two signs of any text combinations
delivered at the same time to the same mailing address.

Is it really safe to buy on-line? RealtyTags orders are placed through one of the Internet's oldest and most trusted Secure Servers - AuthorizeNet. Any financial information you enter for your order will always be on a page with the web address heading of

Are RealtyTags a good value for my marketing dollar? RealtyTags are one of the world's great marketing bargains.  Dollar for dollar there is no more attractive or cost-effective form of local marketing. RealtyTags retail for US $39.95 each.  We assume the average agent will keep their car for three years.  We calculated that the amortized cost of having a RealtyTag on a car over that three year period is less than 3 cents per day. But since you can remove your signs from your car when you trade it in and apply them to your
next vehicle, the amortized cost over so many years really can't be calculated.
